Team ANSHU comprises of professionals who are fully qualified as Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech Therapists, Clinical Psychologists, Counselling Psychologists, Nutritionists and Consultants.
Some of these therapists are additionally qualified as dance & movement therapist, music therapist, brain gym therapist, feeding therapist and family therapist.
Many of our therapists have also undertaken training and certificate courses in techniques like Sensory Integration therapy, Neurodevelopmental therapy, Diet and Nutrition, Mckenzie Certification, Kinesio Taping, Dry Needling, Solution focused therapies etc.

DR. GOMATHI NAIDU, PT.
Dr. Gomathi Naidu, PT, is a senior physiotherapist at Anshu Development Centre with over three years of dedicated service. Loved for her warm demeanor and positive energy, she excels in working with children with ADHD, Autism, and developmental delays, as well as adults with pain and neuromuscular conditions. Certified in dry needling, cupping therapy, and kinesiology taping, she combines clinical expertise with compassionate care to create lasting impact.
DR. VITHIKA RAI, PT.
Dr. Vithika Rai, PT, is a senior neuro-physiotherapist at Anshu Development Centre, specializing in adult and paediatric neurology and paediatric feeding therapy. With a Master’s in Neurological Sciences and over three years of experience, she blends clinical expertise with creativity to deliver engaging, patient-centered care. Known for her empathy and warm personality, she builds strong bonds with patients while achieving excellent outcomes.
DR. VRUSHALI JADHAV (OT)
Dr. Vrushali Jadhav, Senior Occupational Therapist at Anshu Development Centre, specializes in adult and paediatric rehabilitation with expertise in orthopaedic, neurological, and psychiatric conditions. A Gold Medalist in MOTh–Musculoskeletal Sciences from Seth GS Medical College & KEM Hospital, she combines clinical excellence with a client centered approach. Currently engaged in online therapy and research, she is known for her dedication, evidence-based practice, and commitment to improving quality of life.
MS. ZAINAB HAMDANI (CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST)
Ms. Zainab Hamdani, MA Clinical Psychologist and Certified Child Psychologist, is a key member of Anshu Development Centre with over five years of experience. Specializing in supporting children with learning and attention challenges, she uses empathetic, evidence-based approaches to foster progress. Known for her ability to connect with children, she continues to make a meaningful impact on their growth and development.
MS. FATEMA SIAWALA (SPEECH THERAPIST)
Fatema Siawala, Speech and Language Pathologist at Anshu Development Centre, specializes in speech clarity, oro-motor coordination, and feeding therapy. Known for her empathetic, child-centered approach, she tailors early intervention strategies to each child’s needs, fostering confidence and empowering families while delivering impactful, engaging therapy.
Dr. Floramary Mudaliyar, MPT (Neurosciences)
Dr. Floramary Mudaliyar is a dedicated physiotherapist specialized in neurosciences. She completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2021 and went on to pursue her Master of Physiotherapy in Neurosciences, graduating in 2024. Since joining the Anshu Centre in November 2024, she has contributed significantly to the team with her clinical expertise and compassionate care.
Dr. Spurti Shriyan, PT | Paediatric Physiotherapist
Dr. Spurti Shriyan is a skilled and compassionate Paediatric Physiotherapist with a Master’s degree in Paediatrics from the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. At the Anshu Adult & Pediatric Developmental Centre, she plays a key role in managing children with complex developmental and neurological conditions. With her strong clinical skills and child-centred approach, she focuses on detailed assessment, effective communication, and evidence-based therapy tailored to each child’s unique needs.
Dr. Vaibhavi Mande, BOT (Occupational Therapy)
Dr. Vaibhavi Mande is a compassionate and client-centered Occupational Therapist with expertise in working with children and adults with neurodevelopmental and mental health conditions, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and emotional regulation difficulties. She earned her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from Seth G.S. Medical College & KEM Hospital, Mumbai, where she secured 5th rank at the university and first place in Advanced Occupational Therapy.

Janvi Parekh is an RCI-registered Clinical Psychologist with over five years of experience in psychotherapy, assessments, and career counselling. She follows a trauma-informed and queer-affirmative approach, with expertise in neurodevelopmental conditions, emotional well-being, and relationship concerns. Trained in IPT and REBT, she combines empathy with evidence-based methods to support clients effectively.

Pooja Makwana is a dedicated Child Counsellor and Art-Based Therapist with over 10 years of experience working in India and Belgium.
